BUCKET WASHING

Print Wizard is perfect for machine bucket washing. Dilute Print Wizard to 10%, ink up print units and run for 10 - 20 minutes for a standard clean.

This will remove fresh and dried on ink throughout the complete inking system, cleaning ink chambers, anilox rolls, rubber rolls, pipes, pumps and filters all in one.

We recommend longer bucket washing for metallic gold, silver and white ink as these inks can be more difficult to clean due to their chemical properties.

Recycle Print Wizard by reusing buckets to clean multiple print units. Just because the bucket looks dirty does not mean that the product has stopped working.

Stretch Print Wizard even further - after bucket washing print units use the same buckets to clean printing plates and for general press component cleaning.
