Print Wizard was used to clean dried solid opaque white ink Titanium Dioxide (Tio2) from a blocked, non-functional Rexson ink pump. Previously this piece of equipment regularly stopped working and required engineers to remove, dismantle and clean before re-fitting.

When steeped in 10% Print Wizard solution overnight, the stubborn solid ink dissolved and was removed without any intervention from the engineering department, saving lost production time and man hours.

After cleaning the pump was re-fitted and fully operational.
