POLYMER PRINTING PLATES

Print Wizard is perfect for cleaning polymer printing plates; high quality (half-tone), standard solid or liquid. Diluted to 10%, Print Wizard removes fresh standard ink, metallic gold, metallic silver and white ink (Titanium Dioxide - TiO2), from all types of polymer printing plates on and off press.

Polymer plates that have been neglected and left to dry over a long period of time, especially speciality inks such as metallic inks, white ink and varnishes can also be cleaned effectively.

Recycle and reuse Print Wizard when cleaning printing plates, stretch our product as far as possible. If Print Wizard foams it still works!

We recommend you wash and clean all polymer printing plates as soon as you have finished using them. When left to dry ink can be difficult to remove, dirty printing plates attract dust and dirt that can transfer back into the inking system creating a host of problems. Printing plates are expensive and need to be looked after, keep them clean and store in a suitable location.

Print Wizard is compatible with in-line / on press automated plate cleaning systems and stand alone mechanical plate washers.
